Pancakes

I was just craving food yesterday and decided to make pancakes. They are of course Gluten free and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour blend
2 eggs (in my case duck)
3TL Sugar
milk

mix the ingredients together and when adding the milk beat it until it has reached the correct consistency that you like.

• oil your pan and add bananas or chocolate chips or both as desired
• cook on both sides til golden brown
• then eat

Mini-Dinosauraus

SO my sister asked me to make a mini version of her as a godd bye gift for her to give to her best friend "a dino in the pocket"

I have completed my finals, I have turned in my paper. And am done for the semester. All I have left is proctoring. YAY... Jumps up and down. My sister graduates on Friday and then I have the weekend ... Yay for life.
